Giovanna Petroni Vollaro co-founded CIVI International with Lucio Vollaro in 1992 after several years as a Retained Executive Search Consultant to multinational companies in aviation, automotive and consumer goods. At CIVI International she has conducted industry research and executive searches in the ICT, Banking and Telecommunications sectors.
Her early career experience was with a pharmaceutical division of The Dow Chemical Company as Executive Assistant to the Worldwide General Counsel.
Over the past 24 years, Giovanna has provided a key role in the development of CIVI International research capabilities, operations, staff development, communication and public relations. Her dedication to Client success and Operations has enabled the Firm to conduct Global Business for Finance, Energy, and ICT Companies in Europe, Russia, United Arab Emirates.
Today she continues to hone her exemplary skills in Project, Client, and Operational Management to assure that each search project meets the highest process quality from Client engagement to research and fulfillment.
