Sean has been based in the UAE since 2005, supporting listed and private multinational clients on cross border searches across the Middle East, Africa, Europe and Asia.

KWR’s clients include global multinationals, regional players and specialised PE backed ventures. With his expertise and success in emerging and frontier markets, Sean specialises in assignments which are often considered challenging requiring a strong culture fit in addition to contributing to higher levels of corporate governance.

Prior to working in recruitment, Sean was an Editor in the UK broadcast television sector working on independent productions for the BBC, Channel 4, ITV and MTV Europe. He has also completed regular and reserve service in the Royal Military Police and The Parachute Regiment. Sean has an MBA from Cass Business School and has completed INSEAD’s International Director Programme in Corporate Governance.

Sean is married with two children and resides in Dubai.

He has placed more than 50 executives and more 50 top ranked narrow’s specialists into client companies in the following fields: Banking, Information Technology, Telecommunications and Commerce.
He has over 16 years of experience in the Commerce Management, Finance, Logistic and Sales Industry. Till 2000 worked for major foreign and Russian companies. Managed work of commercial and logistics departments, develops of regional structures in Russia, Gibraltar and Ukraine. In 2001 finished working for STIMOROL CEE Company in a position of Director for regional unit’s development.
Since 2001 founder and managing partner in several companies, comprising BSCG, including BSCG IT/ TELCO –Company dedicated to Executive Search for Russia, Ukraine and other CIS country.

Mr.Blinov holds a degree in Economics from the Plekhanov Institute of Soviet Trade in Moscow.
He grew up in a multicultural environment and was raised in Russia and Latvia, speaks Russian (mother tongue), and Ukraine, English and understands Spanish. He is married has child and resides in Kiev and Moscow.

Agata Kapler runs local (Poland) and international search assignments (Romania). Specially focused on Financial, Consultancy and IT Sectors. Agata successfully placed Polish and Romanian professionals with Multinational Companies in Poland, Italy, Cyprus, Germany, Netherlands and United Kingdom.

Agata is a qualified Assessor and she run numerous of Assessment and Development Center Projects as well as competency profiling sessions. Her clients come from different areas of Business: Consultancy, Pharmaceutical and Chemistry Sector, Financial, IT, etc.

Agata Kapler has over 15 years in the area of Recruitment. She previously worked as head of Recruitment and head of International Recruitment department for one of the biggest Consulting firm. Prior to this she run her own company running recruitment assignments as well as helping international organizations and firms to enter Polish market (start ups). Working for one of the leading US AID projects (privatization of all main financial banks and institutions) that was run in Poland, Agata was responsible for starting up the activity, full administration as well as International Recruitment processes aiming to enforce the team of professionals in Poland.

Agata graduated Warsaw University, she speaks English, married with two kids.

Lucio Vollaro has over 35 years of experience in the Information Technology Industry.

Initially with IBM, he spent 10 years in Research and Development in their U.S. Systems Development Division, and later held positions in Marketing, Large Account Management and Branch Offices Management. He was later appointed Country General Manager for Wang in Italy.

Prior to founding CIVI International, he was a Partner in the Milan office at TASA where he led the firm’s Information Technology and Banking practice.

At CIVI International, he conducts pan-European executive search assignments for a wide range of Banks and ICT vendors.

His other consultancy activities include: management appraisal, executive profiling and business positioning. He has placed more than 200 executives into client companies in the following fields: banking, information communication technology and energy efficency.

Mr. Vollaro holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Rome.

He is married and resides in Milan.

Giovanna Petroni Vollaro co-founded CIVI International with Lucio Vollaro in 1992 after several years as a Retained Executive Search Consultant to multinational companies in aviation, automotive and consumer goods.  At CIVI International she has conducted industry research and executive searches in the ICT, Banking and Telecommunications sectors.

Her early career experience was with a pharmaceutical division of The Dow Chemical Company as Executive Assistant to the Worldwide General Counsel.

Over the past 24 years, Giovanna has provided a key role in the development of CIVI International research capabilities, operations, staff development, communication and public relations. Her dedication to Client success and Operations has enabled the Firm to conduct Global Business for Finance, Energy, and ICT Companies in Europe, Russia, United Arab Emirates.

Today she continues to hone her exemplary skills in Project, Client, and Operational Management to assure that each search project meets the highest process quality from Client engagement to research and fulfillment.  Her passion for Client success and professionalism embodies  CIVI International core values.

Business Partner

Felice Petroni has over 30 years of experience in the Information Technology Business.

Initially with Dow Chemical as Systems Engineer, one year later he joined 3C, a personal product company subsidiary of the American Cheesebrough Ponds, where he spent six years as Systems Engineer and later as Director of the Application Development Department. This position afforded him the opportunity to gain extensive industry experience ranging from administration to production.

He was later appointed CIO of Unilever Personal Products where he was able to further develop his experience and knowledge of the complex multinational business environment as well as observe the business from strategic viewpoint.

After the experience in Unilever, he was appointed CIO and Organisation Manager of Metro Italy where he gained extensive operational and strategic experience in retail.

At CIVI International he conducts executive search assignments for retail, industry, consultancy and banking companies.

He is married with one daughter and resides in Milan.

Marialuisa Bonzi has over 20 years of experience in headhunting activity and 16 years in Industry. Initially, she worked with Montedison as an Assistant in the European and Middle East Export Dept., and later with Mattel Inc. as Assistant to the USA President where she played an integral role in the introduction of Mattel into the Italian Market. She was also a Managing Director Assistant in an Engineering Group.

Marialuisa then began working in headhunting for TASA as Assistant to the Partner of Executive Search in consumer goods, the chemical industry, insurance and electronics.

Marialuisa has been the Project Manager of the Research Center for CIVI International since 1996.
