Sean has been based in the UAE since 2005, supporting listed and private multinational clients on cross border searches across the Middle East, Africa, Europe and Asia.

KWR’s clients include global multinationals, regional players and specialised PE backed ventures. With his expertise and success in emerging and frontier markets, Sean specialises in assignments which are often considered challenging requiring a strong culture fit in addition to contributing to higher levels of corporate governance.

Prior to working in recruitment, Sean was an Editor in the UK broadcast television sector working on independent productions for the BBC, Channel 4, ITV and MTV Europe. He has also completed regular and reserve service in the Royal Military Police and The Parachute Regiment. Sean has an MBA from Cass Business School and has completed INSEAD’s International Director Programme in Corporate Governance.

Sean is married with two children and resides in Dubai.

He has over 16 years of experience in the Commerce Management, Finance, Logistic and Sales Industry. Till 2000 worked for major foreign and Russian companies. Managed work of commercial and logistics departments, develops of regional structures in Russia, Gibraltar and Ukraine. In 2001 finished working for STIMOROL CEE Company in a position of Director for regional unit’s development.
Since 2001 founder and managing partner in several companies, comprising BSCG, including BSCG IT/ TELCO –Company dedicated to Executive Search for Russia, Ukraine and other CIS country.

Mr.Blinov holds a degree in Economics from the Plekhanov Institute of Soviet Trade in Moscow.
He grew up in a multicultural environment and was raised in Russia and Latvia, speaks Russian (mother tongue), and Ukraine, English and understands Spanish. He is married has child and resides in Kiev and Moscow.

Agata Kapler runs local (Poland) and international search assignments (Romania). Specially focused on Financial, Consultancy and IT Sectors. Agata successfully placed Polish and Romanian professionals with Multinational Companies in Poland, Italy, Cyprus, Germany, Netherlands and United Kingdom.

Agata is a qualified Assessor and she run numerous of Assessment and Development Center Projects as well as competency profiling sessions. Her clients come from different areas of Business: Consultancy, Pharmaceutical and Chemistry Sector, Financial, IT, etc.

Agata Kapler has over 15 years in the area of Recruitment. She previously worked as head of Recruitment and head of International Recruitment department for one of the biggest Consulting firm. Prior to this she run her own company running recruitment assignments as well as helping international organizations and firms to enter Polish market (start ups). Working for one of the leading US AID projects (privatization of all main financial banks and institutions) that was run in Poland, Agata was responsible for starting up the activity, full administration as well as International Recruitment processes aiming to enforce the team of professionals in Poland.

Agata graduated Warsaw University, she speaks English, married with two kids.
